Shipping Policy
At MMJewelleryCollections.com, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. This includes ensuring timely delivery of your orders.
Here are the terms of our Shipping Policy that you should be aware of before making any purchase:
- Shipments will only be released on weekdays, Monday to Friday, only.
- Orders will be processed by the next working day. However we endeavour to process orders on the same working day where the order has been placed before 12:00pm (midday)
- A Shipping fee of £6.50 will be applied upon check out, for the associated cost using Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (Special Delivery)
- The Shipping fee will be waived/removed to anywhere in the UK for orders over £250 using Royal Mail Next Day Delivery service.
- For international shipping to Europe a £10 shipping fee will be applied upon check out.
- For international shipping outside of Europe the cost of shipping will be confirmed upon receipt of your order.
- For all international shipping delivery may take a minimum of 6 business days but potentially longer depending to your country's customs requirements.
- Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Damaged Packages: In the unlikely event that your package is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at mmjewellerycollections@aol.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and send a replacement package and or item to you as soon as possible.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to verify the shipping address. If we are unable to reach you, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, minus shipping fees.
