We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us.


If for any reason you’re not happy or satisfied with your product(s), we offer a 14 day return policy in exchange for another item of equal value, or and additional/refunded payment if the alternative product is of greater/lesser value.


If the product that you received is faulty, MM Jewellery will offer a full refund. 

All products must be returned in their original condition with packaging intact.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a notification email to confirm receipt of the product, the result of the inspection and approval or rejection of the refund accordingly.

Upon approval of the refund, your refund payment will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within 21 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time period please firstly contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is registered due to bank processing periods.

If the bank confirms that the refund has not been received please contact us at {mmjewellerycollections@aol.com} for further follow up action.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns/Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Upon report of a Return or Exchange the item must be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery (or an alternative tracked mail system) within 72 hours of the notification, and you must provide the postage ‘Tracking Number’ to MM Jewellery via email or direct message.

MM Jewellery is not responsible or liable for the product until it has been received.  Any loss during postage is the clients/purchasers responsibility and obligation and MM Jewellery will not refund/exchange products that have been list in the return mail.  It is your (the client/purchasers) responsibility to claim for any such loss through the postage system selected so purchase of insurance on the shipped product through the mail provider is recommended.

Upon inspection, should the product be confirmed defective then the return shipping costs will be added to your refund or maintained as a credit for any future purchases dependant on the clients (your) preference.

All returns and exchanges will be subject to our standard Shipping Policy and associated delivery periods.
